Starting August 16th, Desert West will implement a new remote check-in platform, Phreesia, for patient registration and form completion. This important change means that Desert West will be going completely paperless with the check-in process!
Be on the lookout for text and email communications from our office to confirm your appointments and to complete the electronic paperwork BEFORE your appointment. There will NOT be an option to complete paper forms at the appointment if not completed electronically.
