Desert West OB/GYN is proud to announce our affiliation with Christmas with a Cause.
During the 2018 holiday season, between November 1 – December 20th, staff members, providers, patients and vendors are encouraged to bring new toys and games for all ages. These items will be part of a shopping mall environment allowing individuals and families in need to shop for items for their children.
Your donation counters the shame and despair of those unable to purchase gifts — those from rehab centers, half-way houses, sober living facilities, teen pregnancy agencies, children who have fostered out of the system, the homeless in the greater Phoenix area and those who live well below the poverty level. Adults receive a credit card to “purchase” items giving them the pride and comfort knowing that they selected their children’s gift items.
In addition, the thousands of participants are provided a wonderful experience including a Christmas feast, photo lab, Candy Cane Lane for children and receive hygiene items, clothes, underwear and shoes.
There are donation boxes in all four Desert West OB/GYN locations. On behalf of the Desert West Culture Committee, we thank everyone for participating!
